Objective: A free to use application and web portal freely available for use by disabled people when logging in to online services.
Authentibility is a current Research Project conducted by staff and students at Bournemouth University (UK). Its main goal is to make Authenticating online easier for disabled people in terms of increased support for usability issues often faced by this group of users.
The project further aims to improve interaction between disabled individuals and the organisations they are wanting to connect to with options for passing data about the nature of their disability to the organisation, thereby giving a “heads up” to the organisation so that they can further tailor their service to the user resulting in a win-win situation in light of improved customer satisfaction and better communication of needs and requirements.
